First Steps to Recovery e-course
An introductory course for anyone contemplating recovery from an eating disorder or eating distress, developed with the help of people with lived experience.
Our real stories have been submitted by people who have recovered from eating disorders and want to share their experiences to give hope and inspiration.
Please note that Talk ED does not provide a crisis service. If you need help in these circumstances, please contact your GP or for emergency assistance call 999. You can also find details of crisis services here.
