Nutritional coaching

A new service with our in-house nutritional therapist, designed to provide recovery-focussed, personalised nutritional support.

We are now offering a nutritional coaching service with Belinda, our in-house nutritional therapist who struggled with eating disorders herself for many years before recovering. Belinda aims to support people to build a better relationship with food and their bodies, and qualified in nutritional therapy after her own recovery, with a desire to support people with eating disorders.

Nutritional coaching goes into more detail than our free 1:1 nutritional guidance support calls. When you book your intial 60-minute call, you will be asked to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire and food diary. This helps us to better understand your eating ahead of the call so that we can spend the time together looking at what you’re currently eating and agreeing on some manageable changes.

Through practical and actionable suggestions, nutritional coaching sessions aim to:

  • Improve and heal your relationship with food and eating.
  • Identify nutritional imbalances and correct them.
  • Reduce distress around food.
  • Educate and inform about nutrition and debunk food myths.
  • Improve your relationship with your body.

We can offer nutritional coaching at a subsidised rate of £45, which includes:

  • A pre-consultation food diary and questionnaire for you to complete.
  • Initial 60-minute video call with our nutritional therapist.
  • A follow-up email confirming the dietary suggestions agreed upon in your session.
  • 40-minute follow up video call to discuss your progress, make alterations or agree further amendments.
  • Questions and queries answered via email in between sessions.

Please note that we can not offer this service to anyone with a BMI of under 17, or those already working with a registered dietitian.
